Hanna-Maria Mainelakeus Oy, y-id 3222095-6. We sell products to businesses and adults. These delivery terms are suitable for ordering products in our online store and for similar deliveries. These delivery terms are valid from February 21, 2018. We can change the delivery terms unilaterally from time to time, so please read our delivery terms in advance each time you order products from our online store.

Products and product prices

The features and prices of e-commerce products are presented in connection with the product presentation of each product. We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs. The prices of the products appear in the shopping basket and in the order confirmation.

Delivery costs

We have a fixed delivery cost of € 10,90 for paintings and € 5,90 for all other products, regardless of the size of the order. For orders over € 120, delivery is free. You will see the shipping costs charged for your order in your shopping basket before accepting the order.

Ordering and contract

You can order products on our online store website by transferring them to the shopping basket and confirming the order and paying for the contents of the Shopping Basket in the payment service. When ordering from our online store, you are required to read and agree to our current delivery terms. You understand that the order you accept and confirm is binding to create an agreement between us with these terms of delivery except as regards the right of withdrawal.

Payment and methods of payment

You can pay for your order using the payment methods described in the online store and available in the shopping basket.

Order and payment confirmation

We will deliver your order using one of the delivery methods mentioned on our website.
The products are delivered mainly by post, larger paintings possibly through Matkahuolto.

Delivery time

We will usually mail your order within a week. If the delivery time is longer than a week, we will contact you.

Right of cancellation and return policy

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel an order in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act by notifying us no later than 14 days after receiving the goods or the last batch of goods, or if it is a regular delivery of goods, receiving the first batch of goods.
Therefore, the right of return does not apply to fabrics that are cut to size according to the customer’s order.

Notice of cancellation must be made clearly to our email below.

The right of withdrawal applies only and, accordingly, the products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused and well packaged for return; if the returned product has been used in violation of the buyer’s statutory duty of care, the company has the right to charge a write-down up to the full price of the product with return costs.

If the transaction is canceled, the goods must be returned without delay and no later than 14 days after the cancellation notice has been given to our return address below.

if necessary, the returner must prove that the goods have been returned within the time limit, for example by a return receipt. The returner must pay the cost of the return. These costs will not be reimbursed to the returner.

When returning a delivered order, include your name and contact information and account number for a refund. Accordingly, we will refund the money you paid for the order without delay in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

Shipment check, errors, and problem situations

Please check delivery immediately upon receipt. If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not match your order or is defective, please notify our customer service as soon as possible and no later than within 14 days and we will agree on how to get the error fixed.
In consumer trade, we comply with the mandatory liability provisions of the Consumer Protection Act for errors.

Limit of liability

Mainelakeus shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential or other damages in connection with the order, delivery or product, or for any of the foregoing, except as otherwise required by a mandatory provision of the Consumer Protection Act or other mandatory law for such damages.

Disagreements

We will endeavor to settle any disputes regarding your order primarily by agreement, so please contact our customer service in the first instance to reach an agreement. If the dispute concerning the sales contract cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi). Before taking the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact the consumer counseling of the local register offices (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
