Product Returns
- Return period: Products must be returned within 14 calendar days.
- Condition of the product: Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition in which they were received.

Finland - Inspection of returned products: Once we have received the return, we will inspect the condition of the products. After the inspection, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
- Refunds and costs: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the product. Alternatively, the customer may request and use the return label provided by us, which costs €6.90. This amount will be deducted from the refund.
The original delivery charge of €4.90 will also be deducted from the refund.
(If the customer’s original order exceeded €75 and the value of the products they keep remains above €75 after the return, the original delivery charge will not be deducted from the refund. This is because the free-delivery promotion applies to orders exceeding €75.)
The refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the returned products. The time it takes for the funds to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank or payment service provider.
